This antipeptide antibody was generated in chickens against a sequence shared between the mouse (P16330) and human (NP_149124) gene products. The antibody was affinity-purified, and its concentration was adjusted to 100 µg/mL. This antibody has been validated with human, mouse and rat tissues.
